Powerful boost for your 4-stroke scooter: Malossi Cylinder Kit Alu I-Tech 83cc Honda Vision 50cc 4-stroke ie (NSC 50R i.e. 4 temps and Vision 50cc i.e.).
It is an aluminium tuning cylinder with resistant Nikasil-plated bore. Displacement is 83cc, with a large 49mm bore and piston and original 44mm stroke. The outlet is larger, too, and compression ratio is increased. The piston is lightweight but very robust with excellent thermal properties (no expansion). The piston scraper rings and the compression ring are made from very high quality ductile steel, the last ring from great quality cast iron.
The cylinder kit comes with gaskets and a Malossi Force Master module for injection engines. The Force Master has three pre-programmed curves to adjust injection settings so you can adjust fuel injection to your new set-up. You can use your original exhaust and carburetor; if you want to increase output, we recommend to upgrade the transmission - tuning camshaft, taller gears, tuning variator.

Die Lebensdauer eines Zylinders hängt davon ab, ob er korrekt montiert wurde.
