The perfect street cylinder for all supermoto and enduro riders: Cylinder Stage6 Sport Pro MK2 50cc Minarelli AM6. This is a 50cc sport / entry-level tuning cylinder made of aluminum with a highly resistant Nikasil coating. The cylinder was developed for daily use. The motto: simple, powerful and reliable.

Design and performance Sport Pro MK2 aluminum cylinder

The layout of this cylinder is based on that of its big brother, the Stage6 Big Racing. Here, too, you will find the stamped 49 cc marking. Using the Big Racing as a base allows this 50cc cylinder to feature large intake ports and a high cooling volume.

In terms of performance, the Sport MKII easily competes at the top of its class. The generous intake ports allow for good filling, while the exhaust port, supported by boost ports, ensures optimum exhaust flushing. The port timings (118° - 181°) offer a wide usable powerband and guarantees an optimized engine character with loads of riding fun across a wide rpm range.

To take full advantage of the performance of this Stage6 MKII Sport Pro 50cc cylinder, we recommend combining it with a minimum 21mm carburetor and a Stage6 Streetrace exhaust (or a comparable model). Attention, if your crankshaft has more than 5000 kilometers on it, we recommend replacing it with a new, reinforced crankshaft.

To ensure maximum reliability, Stage6 opted for a 2-ring piston. Using a 2-ring piston slightly reduces the cylinder's power output but significantly increases its service life. As already mentioned, the construction of this cylinder is based on the large Stage6 Big Racing and also features a large-volume cooling system to keep the engine efficiently cooled while riding.

All in all, the ideal cylinder for city and country rides, with plenty of power and excellent acceleration.
