Step up a gear with the Stage6 R/T fork. This complete kit, including fork crown and MK2 forks, gives your MBK Nitro before 2003 or Booster 2004 exceptional riding precision, optimum rigidity and a racing look.

Stage6 R/T MK2 fork crown: Rigidity and precision

Machined from high-strength aluminum, this fork crown replaces the original cast model. Its CNC monoblock design ensures low weight without sacrificing strength, even under intensive use.

The finish is exemplary: hard anodizing on the clamping areas and a cataphoresis-treated steering column (KTL) for long-lasting protection against corrosion. The little extra? Tightening torques are laser-engraved directly on the part for ultra-precise, secure assembly.

Stage6 R/T MK2 forks: the ultimate in adjustment

The Stage6 R/T MK2 fork pushes the limits of performance. Each fork is a piece of technical goldsmithery, offering complete adjustment to suit your weight and riding style:

• Spring preload: adjustable via the knob on the top of each sleeve.
• Rebound: adjustable via the knob on the front for perfect front-end control.

equipped with external reservoirs for perfect hydraulic consistency, these 30 mm bushes provide exceptional grip on both road and track.

Mounting and compatibility

This pack is designed for Plug & Play mounting on MBK Nitro and Yamaha Aerox before 2003. You can keep your original caliper and disc, although we recommend the use of an oversized brake disc (your choice of 250 mm or 280 mm) as well as the Stage6 R/T 4-piston caliper and its adapter for braking performance to match the fork's performance.

As an option, you can order front mudguard brackets to reuse your existing mudguard. Please note that mudguard fitment may vary according to the scooter model on which you have installed these fork tubes. Mudguard mountings are adjustable, offering universal compatibility with all scooter models.

Note: On MBK Nitro and Yamaha Aerox before 2003, installation is plug-and-play. On other models, such as the MBK Booster 2004, adjustment of the front wheel centering using spacers may be required.
