Stage6 brake caliper, Brembo type: racing technology for the road
The high-quality, CNC-machined brake caliper (Brembo type) from Stage6 brings uncompromising racing technology straight to the street. Milled from solid material, it offers maximum structural stability and precision without the weak points of conventional cast parts. The two-tone anodized calipers impress with a flawless finish and are available in different color combinations. The set is also designed for visual integration with the Stage6 R/T fork legs to achieve a clean installation and a harmonious front end.
Stage6 performance brake caliper - maximum efficiency thanks to innovative piston retraction
A special highlight is the precise calibration of the stainless steel brake pistons. After the lever is released, they retract in a controlled way, allowing the wheel to spin completely freely, which in turn helps reduce unwanted performance losses. Without unnecessary contact drag, temperatures at the pads and caliper drop significantly, which on the one hand increases efficiency and braking performance and on the other hand extends the service life of the components.
Stage6 caliper, Brembo type - precise control for everyday use
Compared to the stock part, this two-piston brake caliper stands out with sensitive initial response, a modular bite point, and noticeably higher braking performance. Thanks to compatibility with OEM master cylinders, installation is straightforward (plug-and-play). The brake caliper is supplied with everyday-friendly organic brake pads; optionally, sintered pads (racing) can of course also be used.
The caliper replaces OEM Brembo-type calipers, originally fitted, among others, on Yamaha Aerox, BW's, Neo's / Piaggio NRG, Zip, TPH / Gilera Runner, Stalker / Peugeot Speedfight 2 ...

Bremssattel
Der Bremssattel bzw. die Bremszange ist ein wichtiges Teil des Bremssystems. Im Bremssattel befinden sich die Bremsbeläge, die vom Bremssattel Kolben "eingeklemmt" werden. Der Kolben wird von der Bremsflüssigkeit angetrieben und drückt die Bremsbeläge gegen die Bremsscheibe.
Die Bremszange muss immer funktionsfähig sein und darf nicht lecken. Wenn ihr den Bremssattel kostengünstig reparieren möcht, könnt ihr einen der zahlreichen Bremssattel Reparatursätze von großen Marken wie Brembo, AJP, Nissin etc. verwenden.
Racing Bremssattel
Nach Tuningmaßnahmen, bei der die Leistung eines Motorrads erhöht wird, müssen auch die Bremsen neu angepasst werden. Ihr könnt z.B. anstelle der original Bremsscheiben Oversize Kits verbauen, oder Racing Bremssättel mit mehreren oder größeren Kolben verwenden. Einige Tuning Bremszangen bestehen aus Materialien, die eine bessere Wärmeableitung ermöglichen.
Speziell für Enduro und Motocross Bikes gibt es diverse Bremssattel Upgrade Kits. Es gibt auch komplette Bremssätze mit Bremsscheibe, Bremsbelägen, Bremssattel, Bremsleitung und Bremszylinder.
Für 50ccm Roller und Motorräder bieten wir 2-Kolben-Bremssättel an, die die Bremsleistung erheblich verbessern. Die meisten Bremssättel sind universell einsetzbar und werden mithilfe eines Bremssatteladapters an das jeweilige Fahrzeug angepasst.
Bremssattel wechseln
Um einen Bremssattel zu montieren, braucht man relativ wenig Werkzeug. Ihr solltet jedoch unbedingt darauf achten, dass die Kupferscheiben an der Banjo-Schraube, die den Bremsschlauch hält, in einwandfreiem Zustand sind, damit keine Flüssigkeit austreten kann.
Ihr braucht außerdem neue Bremsflüssigkeit, da ihr das Bremssystem entlüften müsst. Ihr müsst alle Luftblasen aus dem System entfernen; ihr könnt manuell oder mit einem speziellen Bremsentlüfter entlüften.
