Crankcase Malossi MHR C-One Piaggio
Malossi has taken the design of performance parts to the next level. The introduction of their Malossi Crankcase Kit C-One has revolutionized scooter tuning by presenting innovative technology ready to house the latest and newest racing components.
Malossi C-One - state-of-the-art racing crankcase
To date, tuners were forced to equip their tuned racing scooters with original or OEM quality crankcases that were designed for limited power and performance. These OEM cases often limit machining options and restrict the installation of high-performance parts. They had to modify these crankcases so they were capable of dealing with the requirements and strain of 70cc and more powerful engines.
Malossi tackled this issue head-on, discarding traditional design constraints and developing the C-One case from scratch. The transfer and intake areas were completely reengineered, and the structural rigidity was significantly improved.
Special attention was paid to the reed valve area - employing the newest CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software, Malossi engineers were able to calculate and design optimum angles and dimensions for reed valve placement.
They got rid of auto-lubrication and traditional water pump technology in order to minimize power loss, a pre-drilled opening allows for the use of a vacuum fuel pump. The opening for the electric starter was closed. The shock mount has been repositioned and reinforced for better stability.
Fully compatible with Malossi Big Bore / MHR Team II cylinders, "Flanged Mount" cylinders, and Overrange kits. Suitable for both drum and disc brake setups.

Malossi C-One
Die C-One Serie von Malossi umfasst alle Teile für die revolutionären C-One Racing Kurbelgehäuse für 50ccm Roller hergestellt werden.
Die C-One Motorgehäuse sind für den Rennsport konzipiert, mit radikalen Lösungen und unter Zuhilfenahme modernster Technologien. Die Gehäuse sind für die Installation von Racing Komponenten vorgesehen, d.h. high-end Zylinder mit mehr Hubraum und alle dazugehörigen Bauteile.
Es gibt auch Zubehör für die C-One Reihe wie z. B. Schutzbleche oder Zündkerzenabdeckungen.

Die MHR Racing liegt in der Mitte, und die MHR Replica übernimt die grundsätzlichen Merkmale der höheren Versionen, wobei der Schwerpunkt hier eher auf Zuverlässigkeit für den täglichen Gebrauch als auf maximale Leistung für die Rennstrecke liegt.
