Stage6 R/T Racing Clutch Minarelli AM6
High-performance racing clutch for supermoto / enduro bikes with AM6 engine - built for extreme tuning and high- power setups where standard or reinforced clutches reach their limits. This is not a simple reinforced clutch, but a fully re-engineered clutch kit, designed for handling maximum torque, smooth operation, precise control and long-term durability. And since this is a Stage6 R/T product - the clutch looks awesome!

- 6x HQ Friction Plates: 2 plates more than OEM clutch, making for increased friction surface area, for handling maximum torque and reduced risk of clutch slip under heavy loads
- 6x Clutch Springs: 2 springs more than the 4-spring OEM clutch, for significantly increased pressure, more uniform load distribution and reliable torque transmission even on very powerful engines
- CNC Pressure Plate: The pressure plate is CNC machined from solid ERGAL AL7075, a high-grade aluminum alloy chosen for exceptional mechanical strength, excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio and stability under high loads and temperatures
- Spring Guide Pins: In ERGAL AL7075, for smooth, consistent spring movement without misalignment leading to more predictable clutch engagement, consistent performance over time and improved durability under racing conditions

NOTE: Like for all multi-plate clutches, let the disks soak in oil for a few hours before assembly. We recommend our Stage6 racing clutch oil / gear oil.

Das ordungsgemäße Funktionieren der Kupplung ist für den reibungslosen Betrieb von Rollern, Mofas, Schaltmopeds und Motorradern unerlässlich.
kupplungssatz Motorrad und Schaltmoped
Ein Kupplungskit besteht sich in der Regel aus mit Sintermetall oder Aramidfasern beschichteten Reibscheiben, glatten Trennscheiben und Kupplungsfedern. Die Beschichtung der Kupplungsscheiben sind auf hohe Belastungen durch Hitze und Verschleiß ausgelegt, um allzeit optimale Haftung zu gewährleisten.
Für die Schmierung aller Kupplungskomponenten empfehlen wir die Verwendung von 2-Takt Getriebeöl oder 4-Takt Öl. Die Öle schmieren nicht nur, sonders leiten außerdem die durch die Reibung entstehende Wärme ab und tragen dazu bei, den vorzeitigen Verschleiß der Kupplungsscheiben zu reduzieren.
Kupplungssatz Roller und Maxiscooter
Kupplungskits für Motorroller umfassen in der Regel die eigentliche Kupplung, die Kupplungsglocke und die Kupplungsfedern. Die Kupplungsglocke arbeitet synergetisch mit der Kupplung zusammen und bildet mit dieser eine Einheit.
Für Montage und Demontage einer Roller-Kupplung bieten sich diverse Spezialwerkzeuge an.
