Tuning Pack Stage6 Streetrace 77cc

Engine pack cylinder + crankshaft 77cc Stage6 Streetrace cast iron Minarelli AM6, the popular sport cylinder from Stage6 made of cast iron plus matching crankshaft. In addition to traditional scooter tuning, Stage6 has been dedicated to the development of tuning parts for supermotos / enduro bikes for some time. Following the 50cc cast iron cylinder, there are now two kits with 77cc and 88cc respectively.

Stage6 Streetrace tuning pack scope of delivery:

• 77cc cast iron cylinder, bore = 50mm, 5 transfer ports and simple exhaust port (28mm)
• Piston with 2 piston rings, 50mm
• One-piece high-compression cylinder head, aluminum
• Gasket set (cylinder head / base) and installation hardware
• HPC crankshaft original stroke 12mm piston pin
• Crankshaft bearings and oil seals SKF C3 polymer cage

Stage6 Streetrace cast iron cylinder 77cc

In terms of performance, the cylinder is fully convincing – acceleration and pull-through are top-notch, and the increase in displacement improves top speed and the overall performance profile. The cast iron cylinder remains extremely reliable and durable, making it definitely suitable for intensive use.

As always when dealing with tuning cylinders, you should adapt the entire setup; we recommend a 26mm carburetor, a racing exhaust, a tuning clutch (reinforced), and a reinforced crankshaft.

Another advantage of this cylinder – installation is very simple, as machining the crankcase is not required.

A tip for breaking in: you should break in the new cylinder for 300km, meaning do not go to full load. We recommend using a 3% two-stroke mixture (1:33) to ensure optimal engine longevity.

Note: Visually, the cylinder was designed to be inconspicuous and close to stock. Stage6 deliberately avoids casting the brand name and instead shows the "49cc" marking. Don't panic, it is of course a 77cc cylinder and is  NOT STREET LEGAL (in most countries).
