MotoForce Racing offers a 2-in-1 component for the intake manifold of your gear bike with AM6 or Derbi engine.
Function MotoForce Racing intake manifold plate
The CNC-machined aluminum base plate features a clean finish and premium look with laser-etched MotoForce Racing logo.
This reinforcement plate serves two functions:
- Visual upgrade
With its anodized surface and racing design, it provides a clean look in the intake area and emphasizes the sporty appearance of the engine. - More stability for the intake manifold
Due to stresses such as frame geometry, the weight of the carburetor or the air filter, the intake manifold can deform over time between the mounting points, which can lead to air leaks.
The MotoForce Racing plate supports the intake manifold and stiffens the assembly to reduce this risk.
The plate is mounted on the original intake manifold and requires screws of at least M6x25 mm when used without a spacer.
The plate is plug & play compatible with MotoForce Racing intake manifolds for PWK carburetors. Depending on the model, it can also be used with other intake manifolds, possibly with minor adjustments.

Intake manifold for scooters, motorcycles, and mopeds
The intake manifold is an essential part of the intake system, it directs the air-fuel mixture to the cylinder. Here are the main types of intake manifolds:
Intake manifold with rubber flange
Intake manifolds with flexible intake rubber are the most common type. Flexible materials such as rubber or silicone absors the vibrations of the engine. This flexibility reduces the risk of cracks or leaks. In addition, the flexible mounting makes it easy to adapt the intake manifold to different engine setups.
Intake manifold with metal flange
These rigid-mount intake manifolds are more commonly used on vintage scooters, classic motorcycles or old mopeds. The intake flange is usually made of metal, which provides greater strength and resistance to deformation. Rigidmetal flange assembly also ensures more precise alignment between intake manifold and carburetor.
Swivel intake manifold
Rotatable intake manifolds are commonly used on 50cc motorcycles. They offer greater flexibility in installation, allowing to align the carburetor to meet individual needs.
Note: The diameter of the intake manifold must fit the intake manifold connection width of the carburetor!
