Akrapovic Evolution Line Titanium
Evolution Line full exhaust from Akrapovic for Honda CRF 250R / 250RX from 2022, performance exhaust for motocross motorcycles.
The high-end Evolution full exhaust system is the flagship model from Akrapovic. The Evolution Line exhausts are made entirely of titanium and are therefore ultra-light. The reduction in weight improves the handling of the motorcycle. Engine power is maximized across the entire RPM range.
Apart from the outstanding performance, the Evo Line exhaust scores with a fantastic racing look and the unmistakable Akrapovic sound.
Akrapovic - performance, sound and looks
Top performance: An integrated resonance chamber ensures optimum performance and better response across the entire rev range. It offers improved throttle response across the entire rev range and an optimized throttle feel, giving the rider increased control. You can download the dyno data in the download area.
Less weight: The manifold and silencer are made from a lightweight, high-quality titanium alloy. The overall weight is reduced compared to the original, which has a positive effect on handling, maneuverability and acceleration.
Perfect protection: High resistance to impacts thanks to different thicknesses in different sections.
Sporty FIM approved sound: A newly profiled surface ensures the deep, full, unmistakable "Akrapovic" sound. Optimum sound reduction to meet the FIM noise standards for competitions.
Awesome look: The Evolution systems made of matt shimmering titanium look sporty and elegant. The exhausts combine a sporty look with high quality that is immediately recognizable at first glance.
Simple installation: The Evolution Line exhaust can be installed plug & play without the need for remapping. Akrapovic specifies 30 minutes.

The Evolution Line is a full exhaust and is supplied complete with headpipe.
The exhaust is made of titanium alloy, the silencer sleeve has a matt finish with a titanium end cap also made of titanium.

Auspuff Roller, Mofa, Moped, Motorrad
Der Auspuff hat einen entscheidenden Einfluss auf die Leistung von Rollern und Mofas. Wenn man das Original durch einen Tuning-Auspuff ersetzt, kann man den Abgasstrom verbessern und so die Motorleistung steigern.
Aufbau eines Auspuffs
- Der Krümmer stellt die Verbindung zwischen Zylinder und Auspuff her, eine Auspuffdichtung sorgt für die nötige Abdichtung. Bei Anlagen mit ABE ist der Krümmer ist mit einer gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Drossel ausgestattet. Manche Fahrer entfernen diese Drossel und steigern so die Leistung.
- An den Krümmer schließt sich der eigentliche Auspuff-Körper an. Bei einem klassischen 2-Takt Resonanzauspuff werden hier die Resonanzwellen so genutzt, dass die Leistung des Motors verbessert werden kann.
- Der sich anschließende Endschalldämpfer, kurz ESD, leitet die Abgase ab und reduziert mithilfe von Dämmwolle auch die Geräuschentwicklung des Fahrzeugs.
Auspuff wechseln
Grundsätzlich: Bitte überprüft die Passgenauigkeit des Auspuffs VOR DEM ENTFERNEN DER AUSPUFFDROSSEL, da der Auspuff sonst nicht retourniert werden kann.
Bei 2-Takt-Motoren müssen im Regelfall diverse Einstellungen und Komponenten angepasst werden, wenn der Originalauspuff durch eine Tuningversion ersetzt wird. Diese Änderungen umfassen:
- Die Einstellung des Vergasers durch Austausch der Hauptdüse.
- Bei Roller / Mofa / Maxiscooter ist ein Upgrade der Kupplung oder Austausch der Kupplungsfedern als notwendig erweisen.
- Bei Roller / Mofa / Maxiscooter kann es notwendig sein, das Gewicht der Vario-Rollen zu verringern.

Es ist hierbei wirklich wichtig, Teile aus demselben Tuningbereich zu kombinieren, die trifft insbesondere auf Zylinder, Kurbelwellen und Auspuffanlagen zu.
Racing Produkte sind für extremere Einsatzzwecke vorgesehen und werden vor allem für den Rennsport entwickelt. Egal, ob man bei 50 ccm bleibt oder den Hubraum erweitert, die entsprechenden Racing Teile bieten eine weitaus höhere Leistung als die Originalteile, um maximale Leistung zu erzielen.
