Top Performances 50cc cast iron sports cylinder

The cylinder can be categorized as a sports cylinder and is ideal for everyday use. The cylinder is extremely durable and reliable, but also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of performance; the torque is noticeably improved and the top speed is also slightly increased. Torque and power are really convincing, with 7 / 9 hp, provided you have the right setup (17.5mm carburetor, sports exhaust).

This is an excellent replacement cylinder that works very well with the original exhaust and carburetor. However, if you want to get even more out of it, you should use a 21 mm carburetor and a tuning exhaust.

Setup tips for cast iron cylinders

• • Squish clearance is preset, a cylinder base gasket is included.
  • Run-in 300km (150km at ½ throttle and 150km at ¾ throttle).
  • If you keep the oil pump, use high-quality Stage6 oil, for example, to prevent the pump from clogging.
