Polini sport cylinder 70cc Honda Dio / Kymco CX
The Polini 70cc Sport is a high-torque, durable cast iron cylinder for everyday use. The kit includes a cast iron cylinder, a piston with rings, piston pin and circlips, a cylinder head and a matching gasket set.
We recommend a 17.5mm carburetor and a sport exhaust, with the right setup the cylinder will produce approx. 6 - 7.5 hp. If you keep your original carburetor, the main jet must be increased by 5 to 10%. The RPM range will be wider, the top speed increased and, above all, the acceleration and pulling power improved - ideal for wheelie fans!
Suitable for many Honda / Kymco / Daelim and Sym models with vertical cylinder.
70cc => not street legal.
