DR Evolution 70cc Minarelli LC

Are you looking for an affordable, robust cylinder suitable for everyday use that also gives you more displacement? Then the DR Evolution 70cc cylinder kit is just right for you.

DR Evolution cylinder design

The cylinder has 6 transfer ports and is supplied with a 2-ring piston. The performance is similar to the TopPerformances cylinders, 7 to 10 hp are realistic. All in all, a pretty powerful cylinder for little money. The kit can be used with the original exhaust and will last a good 20,000 km if run in properly. Nevertheless, we recommend using a 17.5mm carburetor and a performance exhaust.

Fahre den Dr Evo 70ccm seit letzten Jahr auf meiner aerox Bj 2013 in Kombination mit einen dellorto 17,5mm Vergaser und Leovince Touring Auspuff. Variomatik und Kupplung Original. Sehr unauffälliges Setup für die Straße mit top beschleunigung. Höchstgeschwindigkeit k.A. da originaler Digitaltacho nur bis max. 80kmh anzeigt aber Landstraße wird man kaum überholt. Hatte den zylinder damals zu meiner Jugendzeit auch schon auf einen Tgb Bullet gefahren und auch dort hat er mich nicht enttäuscht. Allerdings habe ich die scharfen Kanten an den überströmen leicht entgraten. Würde den zylinder sofort wieder kaufen und jedem empfehlen welcher ein unaufälliges straßensetup sucht.

Also ich muss erstmal sagen von der Leistung her ist der Zylinder jetzt nach dem einfahren und groben abstimmen schonmal wirklich sehr gut, fahre einen 17,5 er Dell orto, eine Sport pro vario und einem yasuni r für den groben Überblick. Und die Karre zieht wirklich wie Sau. Aber von der Verarbeitung her ist der Zylinder echt nicht der beste vom besten, erst ist mir ein Gewinde von einer Schraube im Zylinder Kopf gebrochen und es waren ein paar Guss Reste im Zylinder, aber für diesen Preis wirklich machbar.
Aber als erster 70er wirklich sehr sehr gut.
