Description

CVT pulley Minarelli

Motoforce Racing CVT pulley with fan wheel Minarelli (Yamaha Aerox, Jog, Malaguti F12 / F15 and many more) at great value for money.

The pulley is CNC machined from high quality aluminium and is suitable for tuned engines. The pulley has been reinforced to be able to transfer the engine power without any risk. In addition, the CNC machined running surface ensures clean, low vibration V-belt operation.

For standard 13mm crankshafts with fluted stub, ideal complement for performance CVTs in combination with a tuning exhaust.

CVT Pulleys

Pulleys are an integral part of the CVT system on scooters and mopeds with automatic CVT transmission.
The continuously variable transmission consists of fixed and moving pulleys, the V-belt rises and falls between them depending on the engine speed, changing the speed of the vehicle.

When should you change a pulley?

There are two reasons for replacing pulleys:

  • Wear and tear. Although pulleys are relatively durable, the constant sliding of the V-belt can deform the surface.
  • Tuning. Different pulley angles and diameters can improve the handling of scooters or mopeds.

Note: A CVT variator can only do a good job when CVT pulleys as well as torque drive pulleys are compatible with each other. Pitches and diameters of the individual elements must be matched so that the V-belt can glide evenly.

Nachdem mir während der fahrt meine alte Riemenscheibe hops gegangen ist, inkl Sternscheibe bin ich auf diese gewechselt.
Der einzige Kritikpunkt meinerseits ist das nicht bei steht das man evt schauen muss was den Kickstarter angeht, dieser saß nach der Montage nämlich fest im Deckel und ging nur nach entfernen der Anlasser teile wieder normal zu betätigen (weis nicht ob es jetzt nur bei mir so war oder ob das "normal" ist. Serien Vario Deckel)
Aber aufgrund der durch Verzahnung ist dieser trotz allem besser und schont die Welle bei einem Riemenriss
