MotoForce Racing Crankcase 103 – Key Features

The MotoForce Racing crankcase offers an affordable solution for building a completely new engine with a high-volume intake system. It comes with an AM6/Derbi-style reed block to improve intake flow and cylinder filling. Two intake manifolds are included (one 15 mm and one 19 mm) allowing for a wide range of setup options.

Note: Depending on your build, some modifications may be required:

- If you plan to use a different reed valve than the one provided, you may need to modify the crankcase to allow mounting the reed petal retainer plate.
- Reed valves specifically designed for AM6 engines such as the VForce 3 reed valve are not fully compatible with this crankcase and may require modification of the mounting holes on the reed block.
- Depending on the cylinder you want to install, you may need to trim the first cooling fin on the cylinder base side to avoid interference with the engine mount. We recommend a test fit before final assembly.
