Aprilia SX 50 - General information

The Aprilia SX 50, also available as Aprilia SX 50 Factory, was released in 2018 and is a supermotard from Italian manufacturer Aprilia that was specially designed for young riders. The SX 50 has a striking supermoto design with a sporty look inspired by the Aprilia brand's large displacement models. The motorcycle is equipped with the widespread Derbi engine and can therefore be easily serviced and tuned.

Aprilia SX50 - Engine

The Aprilia SX is equipped with a Derbi D50B0 Euro 4 engine. The engine is liquid-cooled, which leads to optimum heat dissipation. The Aprilia SX 50 uses a Dell'Orto PHVA 17.5 carburetor. Displacement is 49.9cc. The SX50 is equipped with a 6-speed manual gearbox.

Aprilia 50cc Supermoto - Chassis

The 50cc Superm oto is equipped with a classic fork at the front and a monoshock at the rear; the Factory version has an upside-down fork and a shock absorber with linkage. This combination ensures stable and comfortable handling. Due to the improved suspension, the Factory version allows for sportier riding. There is a 300mm disc brake at the front and a 220mm disc brake at the rear. The front tire size is 100/80 x 17" and the rear tire is 130/70 x 17".
