RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
Complaints and returns have to be submitted to our after-sales-service by phone or e-mail.

If you are not satisfied with a product or want to return / exchange it, you'll have to notify our after-sales service within 30 days after receiving the parcel by e-mail. All returns that our customer service were not notified of according to the above mentioned specifications will be returned to sender. All returns have to be sent back in their original packaging and without apparent damaging. Product and packaging have to be in mint condition.

- copy of invoice
- reason for return
