COD
If you choose COD (cash on delivery), you will be asked to pay the invoice upon delivery or pick-up of the goods. In addition to the usual shipping costs, there will be extra fees charged by the carriers. Note: COD is unfortunately only available for Germany and only for orders via DHL (plus € 5,00).
Cash on delivery payment is only possible if all items of the order are available in our main warehouse. If the payment method is not displayed in the order completion, please check the items in your shopping cart or choose an available payment method.
Credit Card
Paying via credit card means that you provide us with your complete credit card number, expiration date and the card holder. If the card is not issued in your name, we need a written agreement of the owner that the amount may be charged. If you pay by credit card, there are no additional costs apart from the shipping costs. Credit cards can only be used for online orders, i.e. you cannot use them when ordering via phone, e-mail or fax.
Paypal
You can only pay with PayPal if you choose direct delivery. When paying via PayPal, no extra fees apply, only the shipping costs. After checkout you will be redirected to the PayPal site to make the payment. Please note that it is not possible to change your order at a later date when paying with PayPal.
PAYPAL PLUS
PayPal Plus combines different payment methods via Paypal: PayPal, direct debit, credit card and pay upon invoice. The checkout process is simple and reliable and offers the usual PayPal buyer protection. Even customers without a PayPal account can use this payment option.
KLARNA
Klarna provides several payment options, you can pay now (from your online banking account), slice it (instalments) or pay later (upon invoice) in our shop. The invoice is paid to Klarna and Klarna forwards the money to us. Registration is not necessary, a simple login sent via email is sufficient.The actual payment is done classically via invoice / bank transfer or a direct debit system where you authorize that the money is debited from your account. If you choose payment by instalments, you can spread the costs into fixed or flexible instalments up to 24 months. The payment options and conditions are displayed during checkout.
BANK TRANSFER
When paying by bank transfer, you transfer the amount due directly from your bank account. Please transfer the invoice amount within 10 days after completing the order. Transfers are processed through the Europe-wide cashless SEPA procedure.Your bank will forward the payment order you have authorized and after we have received it, we will ship your order. Keep in mind that there may be fees associated with bank transfer; they differ depending on country and bank.

GIROPAY
Giropay is an easy-to-use direct online payment method based on the high security standards of online banking. Payment is made directly from the customer's current account. You do not have to register beforehand, create an account or enter credit card details. The payment form is specially secured and cannot be accessed by the seller. When you pick this option, you then authorize your bank to transfer the amount due to us directly. Your order can then be shipped immediately.
