Polini Evolution cover features

A key feature of this gearbox cover is the support of the shafts via ball bearings and needle bearings. This design significantly reduces friction losses compared to the stock cover, resulting in noticeably better power delivery at the rear wheel. In addition, the design allows the use of oversize CVTs without the need for extensive machining of the engine case.

The cover is versatile and works with both stock and tuned racing gearboxes. For long-term reliability, it uses a high-quality Viton oil seal. The gearbox cover gasket included in the scope of delivery ensures perfect sealing while also allowing quick and easy removal during maintenance work.
