 Stage6 MK2 Front Swingarm

The Stage6 R/T MK2 CNC front swingarm is the upgraded successor to the Stage6's high-end racing swingarm for Piaggio. Stage6 completely redesigned the swingarm to to provide even greater precision and improved design. It fits 50cc Piaggio scooters with classic single-arm fork.

Fully CNC-machined from high-strength aluminum alloy, this high-end swingarm optimizes the structural connection between the fork and the front wheel. This ensures noticeably more stability, whether pushing limits on the race track or riding in everyday conditions.

The swingarm fits the original steering column as well as aftermarket replicas for Piaggio Zip SP 1 / SP 2 scooters and Vespa ET2 / ET4.

The main highlight of the Stage6 R/T swingarm is the use of bearings. This allows the swingarm to move much more freely and smoothly, which has a positive effect on suspension performacne and the general handling of the vehicle. Stability remains unaffected.

The wheel axle is also ball bearing mounted, which simplifies assembly compared to the original axle with needle bearings.

Improvements of MK2 Version

This MK2 generation features a technical, minimalist look inspired by modern hypercar design. The construction is slimmer and more dynamic than the previous version, significantly enhancing the visual appearance of the front end.

Compared to the original cast part, the CNC aluminum swingarm offers clear advantages:

• Reduced torsional flex
• Greater precision
• Higher fatigue strength even under extreme loads

The press-fit of the front axle has been reinforced to ensure increased durability, improved long-term stability, and reduced wear under high loads.

By replacing the standard OEM cast component with this CNC-machined masterpiece, much higher stiffness is achieved, reducing the risk of deformation on the track and the street.
