Spacer ring Malossi Multivar

Spacer ring for the Malossi Multivar variator.

This small part is crucial for tuning the variator and adjusting the drive belt in the rear pulley. If the ring is too thin, the belt is jammed too tightly in the variator, which can slow down the engine at low engine speeds. If the shim is too thick, the belt is too loose, which causes the belt to slip at low engine speeds.

Zu den Multivar-Variatoren gehören die Multivar 2000 und die Multivar MHR. Beide Variomatik Getriebe steigern die Motorleistung, vor allem Beschleuningng und Anzug werden verbessert. Die Multivar 2000 Variomatik eignet sich für weniger leistungsstarke Motoren, die Multivar MHR für stärker getunte Motoren.

Bei sehr leistungsstarken Motoren oder Motoren mit stark vergrößertem Hubraum lohnt sich unter Umständen eine Overrange Variomatik.
