Performance Air Filter Koso KRS Air-System
The advantages of racing air filters are well known. With the KOSO KRS Air-System air filter, a budget-friendly filter is available that provides high airflow and also stands out visually. The transparent plastic housing protects the filter from splash water. The 90° angled connection makes it suitable for most scooter models.

Note: The connection diameter is measured on the carburetor. The rubber fittings of air filters are often slightly smaller, as the rubber expands during installation.
what are the benefits of open air filters?
Pod air filters are installed in place of the original air filter box of scooters, motorcycles or even mopeds to increase the air flow and thus improve performance and cooling of the engine.
However, using an open pod filter can make the vehicle louder, leads to slightly worse fuel economy, and it is possible that water gets into the engine during heavy rain. But what the heck - open air filters just sound great!
Just as with original air filter inserts, it is important to clean the air filter regularly with air filter cleaner.
Note: When installing an open sport air filter, the carburetor must be readjusted, i.e. in most cases the jet has to be changed.
