This Polini intake kit for Piaggio Ape allows mounting a "Big Valve" reed valve with your original crankcase. The kit consists of intake manifold, intake adapter and reed valve (+ small parts) and is designed for PWK, TMX and PHBH carburetors.

The carburetor gets enough air, acceleration and overall engine performance is improved throughout the entire rpm range. To get even more power out of your scooter, you can slightly mill the crankcase in the intake area which will increase the intake air volume even more.
