Intake manifold Polini 360° / 58° PWK / VHST Aerox
The Polini 360° intake manifold is a high-performance component consisting of a CNC-machined aluminum base plate and a flexible Viton intake rubber boot, offering a unique combination of precision and versatility. The intake manifold is compatible with most carburetors on the market and adapts to different carburetor configurations and types. Thanks to its 360° rotatable design, it allows different positions and inclinations.
This version has 58° tilt angle, if you need 70° tilt angle please order P215.0433.

Der Ansaugstutzen spielt eine wesentliche Bestandteil des Einlasssystems, er leitet das Benzin-Luft-Gemisch zum Zylinder. Hier die wichtigsten Arten von Ansaugstutzen:
Ansaugstutzen mit Gummiflansch
Ansaugsutzen mit flexiblem Ansaugummi sind ist die gängigste Variante. Es werden flexible Materialien wie Gummi oder Silikon verwendet, wodurch die Vibrationen des Motors absorbiert werden. Diese Flexibilität verringert das Risiko von Rissen oder Lecks. Außerdem lässt sich das Ansaugrohr durch die flexible Montage leicht an verschiedene Motor-Setups anpassen.
Ansaugstutzen mit Steckflansch
Diese starr montierten Ansaugstutzen werden eher bei Vintage Rollern, Klassik Motorrädern oder Mofas verwendet. Die Ansaugflansch besteht meist aus Metall, was eine größere Stabilität und Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Verformungen gewährleistet. Die starre Steckflansch-Montage gewährleistet auch eine präzisere Ausrichtung des Ansaugstutzens mit dem Vergaser.
Drehbarer Ansaugstutzen
Drehbare Ansaugstutzen werden häufig bei 50ccm Motorrädern / Schaltmoped verwendet. Sie bieten größere Flexibilität bei der Montage, so dass die Ausrichtung des Vergasers an die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse angepasst werden kann.
Hinweis: Der Durchmesser des Ansaugstutzens muss zur Ansaugstutzen Anschlussweite des Vergasers passen!
