Stage6 28mm intake kit Minarelli - complete tuning intake kit for Minarelli scooters with carburetor mounted above the rear wheel. In addition to various performance-enhancing components, the kit also includes the subframe bracket required for the conversion.

This high-end tuning package has been put together to save time and hassle when tuning the intake system. With this kit, the intake system of the bike can be upgraded in one step and performance can be noticeably improved. The components are perfectly matched, so no unnecessary adjustments are needed - install the parts and it's done.

Components Stage6 intake / carburetor kit

• Stage6 R/T PWK 28 carburetor. Installing a larger carburetor, here 28mm, is recommended for all types of tuning (increased displacement, racing exhaust, etc.). The Stage6 R/T PWK carburetor with powerjet improves engine response and also supports very high-performance engines effectively. Note: As this is a racing product, the carburetor has neither vacuum nor oil connection.
• Stage6 subframe: The Stage6 subframe allows mounting the carburetor directly above the rear wheel. Advantages include significantly improved and more stable cornering during throttle changes, as well as better response and top-end performance due to a straight intake manifold.
• Stage6 R/T aluminum intake manifold. The CNC-machined Stage6 R/T intake manifold + spacer is designed for direct mounting of flat slide carburetors toward the rear wheel, without the carburetor sitting at too steep an angle. The specially flow-optimized bore through the intake manifold and spacer improves flow.
• Stage6 R/T reed valve. The Stage6 R/T FKM (Viton®) reed valve is the optimal complement for large carburetors. The dual-petal reed valve made from fuel-resistant material provides a perfect seal and is supplied with venturi stuffers as well as 2 sets of reed petals (carbon + fiberglass).
• Stage6 sport air filter. An open sport air filter is included, a large Stage6 Double Layer racing air filter in black. The different cell structure of the two foam layers ensures optimal airflow and effective filtration.
• HQ fuel hose. Also included is a HQ 5x9mm fuel hose by Stage6, made from high-quality, durable material that hardens slowly.

Note: Due to the rearward mounting of the carburetor and air filter, the rear section of the scooter needs to be slightly modified.
