This package was put together to save you time and hassle when upgrading your intake system. With this kit, you can completely renew your scooter’s intake setup and noticeably improve performance. All components fit together perfectly, just install them and you’re ready to go.
Carburetor 21 PWK
Installing a larger carburetor, in this case a 21 mm model, is recommended for most tuning setups (increased displacement, sport or racing exhaust, etc.). The Stage6 R/T PWK carburetor with powerjet improves throttle response and supports even high-performance engines.
Note: As this is a racing product, the carburetor does not feature vacuum or oil ports.
Stage6 28mm intake manifold Piaggio Peugeot
The HQ carburetor is complemented by a matching intake system. The high-quality FKM intake manifold combined with a CNC-machined spacer allows direct mounting of the carburetor toward the rear wheel without excessive tilt or risk of overflow. Special attention was given to the intake tract design — instead of a straight bore, the channel is smoothly curved through the manifold and spacer for optimal airflow.
Stage6 Viton® Reed valve Peugeot
The Stage6 reed valve is the perfect match for large-diameter carburetors. The dual-petal reed block ensures a perfect seal and comes with two stuffers and two sets of reed petals (carbon and fiberglass).
Stage6 Pod air filter
The kit also includes the Stage6 Racing air filter (short version) with excellent filtration and optimized airflow. The sport air filter has a 48 mm connection and comes in red. This open air filter made of high-quality PU foam with an open cell structure ensures optimum filtration with maximum air flow. Fine dust and particles that could impair engine performance are reliably filtered out.
Also included is an HQ 5x9mm fuel hose from Stage6, made from high-quality, durable and slow-curing material.

Der Einlass beim 2-Takt Motor setzt sich aus einer Reihe von Teilen, die die Verbindung zwischen Vergaser oder Einspritzeinheit und Motor herstellen. Ziel ist es dabei, die Komponenten so zusammenzustellen, dass es zu einer besseren Füllung des Zylinder führt.
Das Einlasssystem eines 2-Takt Rollers oder Motorrads besteht aus:

- Membranblock
- Manchmal mit Spacer / Sockel
Was bringt ein Tuning Einlasskit?
Im Allgemeinen führt der Einbau eines optimierten Einlasskits zu einem geraderen Einlass zum Motor und vergrößertem Volumen des Ansaugtrakts, um Gemischfluss und Füllungsgrad des Motors zu verbessern. Die Membranplättchen sind meist aus Faserstoff oder Karbon, die das Ansprechverhalten und die Spitzenleistung des Motors verbessern.
Hinweis: Der Einbau eines Einlasskits ist oft eine Ergänzung beim Einbau eines größeren Vergasers sowie bei Verwendung eines Sport Luftfilters. Immer daran denken, die Vergasereinstellungen zu überprüfen und dafür zu sorgen, dass das System vollständig abgedichtet ist.
