Cast iron cylinder Stage6 Streetrace 50cc

For a sporty driving experience on the road: Stage6 Cylinder Kit Streetrace cast iron 50cc Yamaha Aerox / Nitro (Minarelli LC), available at a very good price!

Strong points of Stage6 Streetrace 50cc cast iron cylinder

Inexpensive and very durable 50cc sport / midrace cast iron cylinder by tuning expert Stage6. The cylinder looks unobtrusive and similar to the stock part. Perfect road-legal cylinder that will boost overall performance, torque and top speed.

The power is well above the stock cylinder: around 6 - 7 hp, that is 3 - 4 hp more than the original! To exploit the full potential of this kit, we recommend combining it with a bigger carburetor (17.5mm or more), and a mid-range tuning exhaust.

Scope of delivery and specifications Stage6 Streetrace

  • 50cc cast iron cylinder, d=40mm, 5 transfer ports and simple exhaust port
  • 2-ring piston, 10mm pin, with piston rings and circlips
  • high-compression cylinder head, aluminium
  • gasket set

As always, we recommend cleaning the engine before installing a new cylinder and getting a new spark plug and a new small end bearing. Carburetor settings may need to be readjusted.

50cc displacement means that this cylinder kit is street-legal in most countries. NOT street-legal in Germany!

    Stage6 Streetrace

    As the name suggests, the Streetrace series was developed for sporty street use. The Stage6 series includes cylinders and exhausts that deliver relatively high performance, but still function reliably in everyday use.

    The Stage6 Streetrace series feature the optimum balance between performance and durability to offer scooter and supermoto riders a high level of riding enjoyment even in everyday use.

    How to Install a cylinder on a scooter, motorcycle or moped

    The cylinder or cylinder kit is the heart of the engine on scooters, motorcycles and mopeds. It consists of a cylinder, a piston with piston ring(s), a cylinder head and gaskets needed for installation.

    The service life of a cylinder depends on whether it has been fitted correctly.

    War schon erstaunt was der kleine 50er hier für Leistung hat,mein Setup,Mallosssi membranblock,17,5er Dellortho mit 88er HD und Yazuni R Auspuff,Antrieb stage 6 sport pro 5 gramm,stage 6 Wasserpumpe. Ich weiß nicht ob ich mit den Gewichten nochmal runter gehe den bisschen drehen muß der ja doch. Und zum Thema Kolbenklemmer,wenn es nicht Malossi ist würde ich die dinger immer nachschleifen und dann aber auch sofort vergewaltigen,ja auf jeden geht das gut! Klemmer und Fresser gibts wenn man denkt hunderte Kilometer mit Halbgas fahren muß,obwohl genau dadurch das Mass nicht geschliffen wird was es braucht um nicht zu klemmen,ganz einfach. lieber übelst vergewaltigen,gleich Vollgas,dann stimmt die Leistung.

    Habe den Zylinder jetzt seit ca einem Monat und bin sehr zufrieden. Er ist natürlich nicht mit einem 70ccm Zylinder vergleichbar. Dennoch macht er das was er soll gut.

    Leider nach 1200 km einen kolbenklemmer hat aber gut Leistung. Kaufe ihn aber trotzdem wieder. Nur zum empfehlen, für Leute die keine 70cc wollen aber trotzdem Leistung!
