Stage6 Streetrace 70cc

Cylinder kit Stage6 Streetrace 70cc, 10mm piston pin d=47mm, Minarelli horizontal (Yamaha Aerox, Malaguti F12 etc.), powerful cast iron cylinder for everyday use.

Strong Points Stage6 70cc cast iron cylinder

The Streetrace is a lower-priced version the popular Sport Pro aluminium cylinder. Reliable and powerful, this is the perfect cylinder kit for everyday use, with great torque and increased top speed for maximum riding pleasure.

Transfer port layout with 6 ports plus 1 simple exhaust port is basically identical to the more powerful 70cc Sport Pro kit, it was slightly modified to meet the thermal requirements of a cast iron cylinder. The cylinder comes with a high quality 2-ring piston and a HC cylinder head. Maintenance and adjustment are easy, and of course you will find all necessary spare parts in our shop.

Performance characteristics are similar to the Sport Pro - powerful take-offs and acceleration, with an engine speed of approx. 10,000 rpm, with up to 8 - 11 hp, which is 1 - 3 hp more than comparable cylinders. Of course, the cylinder can only unleash its full potential when combined with the matching components, you will find some recommendations below.

The cylinder looks unobtrusive and similar to the stock part. Stage6 has deliberately decided not to display the brand name on the cylinder, instead of a logo they stamped "49ccm" on it.

  • WITHOUT road approval
  • Squish clearance is pre-set, a cylinder base gasket is included.
  • Run in: about 300km (150km at ½ throttle and 150km at ¾ throttle).
  • If you keep the oil pump, we recommend using Stage6 oil with optimized flow characteristics to avoid clogging of the pump.

    Stage6 Streetrace

    As the name suggests, the Streetrace series was developed for sporty street use. The Stage6 series includes cylinders and exhausts that deliver relatively high performance, but still function reliably in everyday use.

    The Stage6 Streetrace series feature the optimum balance between performance and durability to offer scooter and supermoto riders a high level of riding enjoyment even in everyday use.

    How to Install a cylinder on a scooter, motorcycle or moped

    The cylinder or cylinder kit is the heart of the engine on scooters, motorcycles and mopeds. It consists of a cylinder, a piston with piston ring(s), a cylinder head and gaskets needed for installation.

    The service life of a cylinder depends on whether it has been fitted correctly.

    Fahre ihn mit einem 19er vergaser, silent pro und polini hi speed vario. Macht Spaß ist unauffällig und hat gut leistung. Leider ist kein Kolbenbolzenlager dabei. Habe ihn nicht viel eingefahren max 50km und läuft alles rund.

    bester 70cc zylinder im alltag und straßenverkehr sehr zuverlässig wenn er eingefahren ist kann man im auch mal kalt auf den kopf geben und trägt keine schäden davon.
    zu empfehlen 19mm vergaser damit er bessere kühlung hat mit dem 17,5 er vergaser überhitzt er zu schnell und schießt die kopfdichtungen durch
