DR EVO 70cc Cylinder Piaggio AC

DR 70cc Cast Iron Cylinder Sport Piaggio AC (long reach plug) - very reliable and popular cylinder kit.

The cylinder has 6 transfer ports and comes with a two-ring piston and a high-compression cylinder head. Known and popular for its exceptional reliability and durability. It yields very good power and torque, you can reach 7 to 10hp. A robust cylinder kit with excellent power for small money.

Properly set up and adjusted (with appropriate carburetor and spark plug), this kit will go lots of miles without requiring too much maintenance.

Ich habe schon einige Zylinder eingebaut aber dieser DR evolution ist einfach spitze.
Man kann mit diesem Zylinder einfach nichts falsch machen, verglichen mit dem Airsal 70ccm Sport ist der DR in allen Punkten besser. Es passt einfach alles, unauffällig, nicht so laut und langlebig. Noch dazu leicht abzustimmen gerade für Anfänger eine Kaufempfehlung! Einfach Top ??

Top zylinder
Klasse zylinder mit einer schönen Kraft Entfaltung. Da ich in meiner Jugend genau diesen zylinder auf meinem piaggio zip verbaut hatte, habe ich ihn jetzt im Alter auf meinen neuen zip verbaut und bin genau wie früher begeistert. In Verbindung mit einem 17,5er vergaser, offenen Ansaugstutzen, Karbon Membran, einer Sport variomarik und einem sito plus touring Auspuff hat man genug Power für jede Alltags Situation.

Die kanten der Kanäle sind sauber gearbeitet, jedeglich am Auslass ist eine spürbare kante - welche schnell und unkompliziert entfernt werden kann. Kolbenringstoßspiel war perfekt und musste nicht zwingend nachgearbeitet werden (ich habe natürlich noch etwas verändert). Die quetschkante beträgt bei meinem zylinder trotz der dünnen fußdichtung 1mm. Man könnte eine dünnere kopfdichtung da diese sehr dick ist, ich habe es aber bei der 1mm quetschkante belassen.

EINE SACHE NOCH DIE ICH NIRGENDS GELESEN HABE!!! Am zylinderkopf ist tatsächlich eine gewindefassung für einen Temperatursensor. Verbaut habe ich selber noch keinen, da die meisten Sensoren für Wasserkühlung sind und der zylinderkopf Kopf laut Aussagen in Foren Temperaturen zwischen 120 und 150+ Grad hat. Ein tolles Extra welches ich so an einem luft gekühlten zylinder noch nie gesehen habe.

Top Zylindersatz.
Wir haben den Kolben Satz schon mehrfach verbaut und sind immer wieder begeistert von der Qualität. Das einzige was man tun sollte oder kann ist, das entgraten unten am Auspuff.
