Yasuni has developed and patented a revolutionary automatic transmission system: the HP RACE axial CVT. This system gives the driver full control of the vehicle and enables direct and efficient power transmission from the engine to the wheel, resulting in outstanding performance in all conditions.
The racing CVT ensures a faster and more precise response. The components are low-maintenance and durable, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.
The HP Race transmissions are tailor-made for each engine type and model to ensure a perfect fit. Here is the variator specially developed for Peugeot 103 mopeds.

PRO TIP: It is recommended that the installation of the drive is carried out in a workshop or by a person with mechanical knowledge. To ensure optimum performance, you should use the original pulley, spring and clutch.
Note: This variator is specifically designed for tuned engines with 65cc cylinders, 19mm carburetor, tuning reed valve and Yasuni exhaust. For other configurations, additional components may need to be fitted to ensure optimum performance.
Roller Variomatik
Motorroller oder Scooter sind mit einem Stufenlosen Getriebe ausgestattet, der sog. Variomatik, auch Variator oder kurz Vario genannt.
AuFbau Roller Vario:
- Vordere Riemenscheibe, beweglich. Sie enthält die Vario-Rollen und hat eine spezielle Form mit einer schrägen Oberfläche, damit sich der Keilriemen frei auf und ab bewegen kann.
- Steigscheibe: Hält die Rollen an Ort und Stelle.
- Variomatikhülse: Dient als Lager für den Variator, der sich axial hin- und herbewegt, d.h. öffnet und schließt.
- Variorollen: Einstellgewichte, die eine entscheidende Rolle bei Funktion und Leistung spielen.
original, Sport und Oversize Varios
- Original: Original Varios bzw. eine Variomatik in Erstausrüsterqualität sind mit einer Drossel versehen, um die Geschwindigkeit auf 45 km/h zu begrenzen. Es gibt Fahrer, die die Drossel entfernen, um ihren Roller zu entdrosseln und die volle Leistung ohne Einschränkungen zu genießen.
- Sport: Sport-Varios sind leichter als der Original-Variator und zeichnen sich durch spezielle Steigungswinkel und eine spezielle Beschichtung aus, wodurch die Höchstgeschwindigkeit, vor allem aber die Beschleunigung erhöht wird.
- Oversize: Basiert auf demselben Prinzip wie der Sport-Variator, weist aber größere Abmessungen auf. Mit einer Oversize / Overrange Vario lässt sich die Leistung des Rollers noch weiter steigern.
Ihr solltet außerdem immer den Keilriemen zusammen mit dem Variator ersetzen oder gleich ein komplettes Vario-Kit nehmen.
