Motoforce Racing variator kit Peugeot Kisbee
The Motoforce Racing CVT kit provides a complete solution for 50cc scooters with Peugeot horizontal engine (TKR, Ludix, Kisbee, Vivacity, Speedfight, Jetforce, etc.). The kit includes a sport variator, a reinforced V-belt, a front pulley with fan wheel and a star washer. The main advantage is the perfect compatibility of all components, allowing a full drivetrain upgrade with reliable and consistent performance. It is also more cost-effective than buying the parts separately.

Je nach Hersteller kann es sein, dass Variokits auch eine oder mehrere Gegendruckfedern oder eine Kupplung und Kupplungsglocke enthalten.
Die verschiedenen Arten von variomatik Kits
- Variokit original: diese Kits entahlten Variomatik-Komponenten in Erstausrüsterqualität, die Vario kann in den original Zustand zurückgesetzt werden.
- Variokit Sport: Sport Varios unterscheiden sich von OEM Varios durch einen leichteren Variator, einen veränderten Steigungswinkel und einen speziellen Belag aus, der auf eine Verbesserung von Höchstgeschwindigkeit sowie Beschleunigung abzielt. Normalerweise werden Kits mit einem verstärkten Riemen geliefert.
- Variokit Overrange / Oversize: Oversize Varios haben die gleichen Verbesserungen wie die Sport Varianten, zeichnen sich darüber hinaus auch durch größere Abmessungen aus und werden mit einem längeren Oversize Keilriemen verwendet. Diese Konfiguration verstärkt die Leistung eures Rollers noch weiter.
Um den Einbau eines neuen Variokits zu vereinfachen, empfehlen wir dringend die Verwendung geeigneter Werkzeuge, insbesondere eines Kolbenstoppers, der für Ausbau und Einbau einer Variomatik sehr praktisch ist.
