Stage6 R/T AM6 Clutch Plates for Clutch Kit
As spare parts for the Stage6 R/T AM6 6-plate racing clutch, we offer you the clutch plates here.
The set consists of the following parts:
- 6 friction plates: 2 plates more than the original clutch, increasing the friction surface to handle maximum torque and significantly reducing the risk of clutch slip under high load.
- 6 clutch springs: 2 springs more than the original clutch, providing higher clamping force, a more even distribution of forces and reliable torque transmission even with very high-performance engines.
Attention: This set is designed exclusively for the Stage6 R/T AM6 clutch kit and does not fit the original clutch!
Tip: Soak the plates overnight in gear oil before installation.

Das ordungsgemäße Funktionieren der Kupplung ist für den reibungslosen Betrieb von Rollern, Mofas, Schaltmopeds und Motorradern unerlässlich.

Ein Kupplungskit besteht sich in der Regel aus mit Sintermetall oder Aramidfasern beschichteten Reibscheiben, glatten Trennscheiben und Kupplungsfedern. Die Beschichtung der Kupplungsscheiben sind auf hohe Belastungen durch Hitze und Verschleiß ausgelegt, um allzeit optimale Haftung zu gewährleisten.
Für die Schmierung aller Kupplungskomponenten empfehlen wir die Verwendung von 2-Takt Getriebeöl oder 4-Takt Öl. Die Öle schmieren nicht nur, sonders leiten außerdem die durch die Reibung entstehende Wärme ab und tragen dazu bei, den vorzeitigen Verschleiß der Kupplungsscheiben zu reduzieren.
Kupplungssatz Roller und Maxiscooter
Kupplungskits für Motorroller umfassen in der Regel die eigentliche Kupplung, die Kupplungsglocke und die Kupplungsfedern. Die Kupplungsglocke arbeitet synergetisch mit der Kupplung zusammen und bildet mit dieser eine Einheit.
Für Montage und Demontage einer Roller-Kupplung bieten sich diverse Spezialwerkzeuge an.
