Universal Bowden cable housing - performance and durability
The cover is made of resistant materials for protection against wear and tear and a long service life. The non-stick Polymer coating on the inside ensures smooth cable movement and improves throttle return, increasing reliability and extending the lifespan of the cable system.

Seilzughülle für Bowdenzüge
Zweiräder sind mit diversen Seilzügen ausgestattet, die dafür sorgen, dass die Befehle des Fahrers weitergeleitet werden - Bremsen, Kuppeln, Schalten, Gas geben und mehr. Es ist sehr wichtig, dass die schützende Zughüllen um den eigentlichen Seilzug (auch Seele genannt) sich in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand befindet.
Aufbau einer Zughülle
In der Regel besteht eine klassiche Seilzughülle aus drei Schichten: eine Innenspirale aus Draht gewährt die nötige Druckfestigkeit, geschützt und fixiert werden diese durch eine äußere PVC Ummantelung. Im Inneren sorgt eine Polymer- bzw. Teflonschicht als Gleitführung für den Seilzug und reduziert den mechanischen Verschleiß, der durch Reibung und häufiges Bewegen des Bowdenzugs verursacht wird.
Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Seilzughüllen in unterschiedlichen Größen für Gaszüge, Kupplungszüge und Schaltzüge, es gibt sie auch in unterschiedlichen Farben, damit ihr auch ein wenig an der Optik eures Zweirads schrauben könnt.
