Clutch Kit Motoforce 107mm Aerox
The Motoforce clutch kit in OEM quality is the practical and reliable solution for 50cc scooters with Minarelli engine (MBK Nitro, Booster, Ovetto, Mach; Yamaha Jog, Aerox, BWs, Neos; Aprilia, Beta and more) with 107 mm clutch bell. Also compatible with Chinese 2-stroke scooters (Keeway, Generic, CPI) with 107 mm clutch bell.
Minarelli clutch kit
This is a replica of the original clutch, with the same performance and characteristics as the factory equipment. Installation requires no adjustments: simply remove the old parts, fit the new ones and off you go. The Motoforce clutch fits perfectly on standard engines as well as on lightly tuned sports setups.
To make installation easier, we recommend purchasing the appropriate clutch locking tool separately, an essential item for any workshop.
Important: From 1998, Minarelli engines were fitted with different clutches. It is advisable to check whether the original clutch has 2 jaws (Ø 105 mm) or 3 jaws (Ø 107 mm), or to measure the inside diameter of the bell housing. This kit is for Minarelli engines manufactured from 1998 onwards with original 3-shoe clutch and 107 mm clutch bell.

Das ordungsgemäße Funktionieren der Kupplung ist für den reibungslosen Betrieb von Rollern, Mofas, Schaltmopeds und Motorradern unerlässlich.
kupplungssatz Motorrad und Schaltmoped
Ein Kupplungskit besteht sich in der Regel aus mit Sintermetall oder Aramidfasern beschichteten Reibscheiben, glatten Trennscheiben und Kupplungsfedern. Die Beschichtung der Kupplungsscheiben sind auf hohe Belastungen durch Hitze und Verschleiß ausgelegt, um allzeit optimale Haftung zu gewährleisten.
Für die Schmierung aller Kupplungskomponenten empfehlen wir die Verwendung von 2-Takt Getriebeöl oder 4-Takt Öl. Die Öle schmieren nicht nur, sonders leiten außerdem die durch die Reibung entstehende Wärme ab und tragen dazu bei, den vorzeitigen Verschleiß der Kupplungsscheiben zu reduzieren.
Kupplungssatz Roller und Maxiscooter
Kupplungskits für Motorroller umfassen in der Regel die eigentliche Kupplung, die Kupplungsglocke und die Kupplungsfedern. Die Kupplungsglocke arbeitet synergetisch mit der Kupplung zusammen und bildet mit dieser eine Einheit.
Für Montage und Demontage einer Roller-Kupplung bieten sich diverse Spezialwerkzeuge an.
