Stage6 R/T 4-Piston Brake Caliper Adapter MK2

This Stage6 R/T brake caliper adapter MK2 for Zip SP is the new and improved successor to the successful first-generation Stage6 R/T adapter. Rather than a simple facelift, the new generation was completely redesigned to meet current performance and design requirements in scooter tuning.

This adapter allows replacing the stock brake caliper with a radial caliper featuring 82 mm hole spacing, such as the Stage6 R/T 4-piston racing brake caliper, providing the maximum braking power required on the racetrack.

Note: Only fits Zip SP models with single-sided swingarm.

S6 R/T Adapter for 4-Piston Caliper - Optimized Design and Reduced Weight

The redesign allowed weight to be reduced by approximately 50 grams compared to the predecessor, resulting in an overall weight of 310 g. This weight reduction delivers noticeably improved handling dynamics while fully maintaining the rigidity required for demanding applications.

The adapter also received a visual upgrade. The design is now much cleaner and modern, with high-quality laser engravings adding the right racing look.

Installing the Stage6 R/T Adapter for Radial Brake Caliper

As with the predecessor, two high-precision spacers are included in the kit, which work together with the stock shims to allow perfect centering between the brake disc and brake caliper. Depending on the required alignment, the spacers are installed in front of or behind the caliper adapter on the wheel axle to align the caliper precisely with the brake disc.

To achieve a matching look and optimal performance, combining this product with the Stage6 R/T swingarm and a Stage6 R/T shock absorber for Zip SP is recommended.
