Big Valve Intake Kit MXS Racing PWK / VHST

The MXS Racing High Flow Big Valve Kit for MBK Booster / Stunt - Yamaha BW's / Slider completes an MXS Racing engine setup.

This “HighFlow System” Big Valve kit is the result of months of development in our workshop, designed to work with MXS Racing cylinders and sport cylinders for vertical Minarelli engines.

The intake volume is slightly larger e than conventional Big Valve systems to match the MXS cylinders optimally and allow the installation of an AM6 reed block. The MXS Racing High Flow System can also be used with any other cylinder for vertical Minarelli engines.

Note: Depending on the crankcase version (generally from 2010 onward), a minor modification may be necessary. The right crankcase half has additional reinforcement at the exhaust mount that may interfere with bolting on the lower section of the MXS Big Valve. In this case, the crankcase needs to be filed down slightly in this area, or the intake spacer needs to be modified.

Performance boost for Big Valve Intake:

For even more power from an MXS Racing setup, this MXS Racing HighFlow Big Valve Kit can be combined with a VForce 3 AM6 reed block. This requires only minor modifications to the reed valve and delivers noticeably more torque.

• Keihin PWK 19–30 mm (35 mm connection diameter)
• Dellorto VHST 24–28 mm (36 mm connection diameter)
• Dellorto VHSH 30 mm (36 mm connection diameter)
• Dellorto PHBH 26–30 mm (35 mm connection diameter)

Note: The connection diameter is measured at the carburetor. The rubber intake manifold is often slightly smaller because the rubber stretches during installation.
