The Aprilia SX 50, also available as SX 50 Factory, is a 50cc geared moped with Derbi D50B0 2-stroke engine and 6-speed transmission. The small, agile Supermoto benefits from Aprilia's enormous experience in motorsports, it is powerful, slim, robust and sporty. In terms of looks and equipment the SX comes across as sporty, aggressive and modern, with an ideal seating position, clean cockpit and slim streamlined shape. The all-terrain moped has a very robust frame, upside-down fork, front and rear disc brakes and lightweight aluminium wheels. The Derbi engine used in the new series meets the new Euro 4 standards, there are 3 catalytic converters and an electronically controlled carburettor. The SX goes well beyond entry level supermoto standards, it is already a premium class sport supermotard.
