Stage6 long red pod air filter
Racing air filter with fine-pored foam for optimal filtration from Stage6, available in various colors. The air filters protect the engine from contaminants while also ensuring very good airflow.
The air filters are available in 7cm and 20cm lengths, with a 35mm connection diameter - suitable for all 12-21mm Dellorto and Arreche carburetors. The longer versions provide better airflow, but due to their extreme length they do not fit all scooter models - in this case, the short version is recommended.
We recommend ordering a carburetor jet set to optimally tune the carburetor to the sport air filter.

Note: The connection diameter is measured on the carburetor. The rubber fittings of air filters are often slightly smaller, as the rubber expands during installation.
what are the benefits of open air filters?
Pod air filters are installed in place of the original air filter box of scooters, motorcycles or even mopeds to increase the air flow and thus improve performance and cooling of the engine.
However, using an open pod filter can make the vehicle louder, leads to slightly worse fuel economy, and it is possible that water gets into the engine during heavy rain. But what the heck - open air filters just sound great!
Just as with original air filter inserts, it is important to clean the air filter regularly with air filter cleaner.
Note: When installing an open sport air filter, the carburetor must be readjusted, i.e. in most cases the jet has to be changed.
