Beschreibung

Complete replacement engine for China 4-stroke scoots with 10 inch wheels (3.5x10 / 1.00x10 / 90/90-10 etc.). Sometimes replacing the complete engine as a whole can save so much time that it makes more sense than repairing everything.

Included in the delivery are all components such as transmission parts, alternator, starter etc. NOT included is the carburettor. Comes as seen in the picture.
The only thing you have to pay attention to during installation is the alternator: If the supplied engine has 1 pin more or less in the pin configuration of the alternator cable, please keep the alternator and rotor of the old engine. This replacement engine has 2 assigned pins on the alternator plug. All other components are identical.

Important! Please check the oil level in gearbox and engine after installing the engine. Due to the quality of the oil used by Chinese manufacturers, we recommend changing the oil after a break-in period of 50km. You should also check the valve lash; both valves should have a clearance of 0.08mm.

The engine is supplied in a secure cago packaging.

Engine version with secondary air system on the cylinder head.
