Stage6 Double Layer round air filter
Racing air filter from Stage6 with Double Layer foam - two layers of foam with different cell structures. This ensures optimal airflow and excellent filtration, making it ideal for tuned engines. More air and less dirt results in improved performance. Various adapters are included, allowing the air filter to be used with all common carburetors.
This is the small version (round), available in different colors.
We recommend ordering a carburetor jet set to optimally tune the carburetor to the sport air filter.

Note: The connection diameter is measured on the carburetor. The rubber fittings of air filters are often slightly smaller, as the rubber expands during installation.
Stage6 Double Layer
"Double Layer" simply means two layers. At Stage6, the sports air filters are called "Double Layer", which refers to the 2-component foam of the filter.
The hoses are also double-layered in order to be as durable as possible.
what are the benefits of open air filters?
Pod air filters are installed in place of the original air filter box of scooters, motorcycles or even mopeds to increase the air flow and thus improve performance and cooling of the engine.
However, using an open pod filter can make the vehicle louder, leads to slightly worse fuel economy, and it is possible that water gets into the engine during heavy rain. But what the heck - open air filters just sound great!
Just as with original air filter inserts, it is important to clean the air filter regularly with air filter cleaner.
Note: When installing an open sport air filter, the carburetor must be readjusted, i.e. in most cases the jet has to be changed.
