Beschreibung
The Würth Sabesto “Bond + Seal” is a heavy-duty highly elastic hybrid structural adhesive. It can be used for different projects like repairing or modifying fairing panels, inserting racing grids etc. It can, however, NOT be used as engine sealant.
The product provides very good adhesion to almost all surfaces, e.g. metals, steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, plastic (e.g. ABS, GRP, hard PVC) or ceramic materials. It is flexible with low elasticity. The sealant has high initial strength, so the sealed parts don't have to be fixed excessively; after drying, the sealant can be painted. It is also UV-resistant, does not smell, and does not contain solvents, PVC and silicone.
NOTE: Do not bring into contact with synthetic-resin paint systems (alkyd resin). Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, silicone rubber, polystyrene and softened plastics. Note that you have to applay a minimum layer of 3mm to ensure secure adhesion.
